自2021年5月22日起，河源市根據“知情、自愿、自費、風險自擔”原則，啟動我市外籍人士適齡人群接種國產新冠病毒疫苗（上市階段）工作。我市目前使用的是國產新冠病毒滅活疫苗，全程需接種兩劑。具體指引如下：

一、接種對象

年齡18周歲至59周歲，以及部分60周歲以上因特殊原因需接種、且身體基礎狀況較好的外籍人士。

二、接種地點

河源市人民醫(yī)院深河門診部（河源市外籍人士適齡人群唯一指定接種點），地址：河源市源城區(qū)高新一路69號。

三、預約方式

（一）電話預約

電話咨詢河源市人民醫(yī)院深河門診部進行預約（0762—3185002）

（二）微信預約

搜索“粵健通”微信小程序或掃描二維碼（附后），點擊“新冠疫苗接種預約（外籍人士）”模塊進入，填寫本人的詳細信息，包括姓名、性別、出生日期、國籍、身份證件類型，身份證件號碼、現(xiàn)住地址、參保信息等。預約完成后，生成預約二維碼并收到預約結果提醒短信。

四、接種實施

“粵健通”預約成功后憑短信確認通知和預約二維碼在指定的預約時間（電話預約按照醫(yī)務工作人員指引），攜帶有效身份證明（中華人民共和國外國人永久居留身份證或護照）前往河源市人民醫(yī)院深河門診部接種。

五、接種費用

（一）免費接種。能現(xiàn)場出示廣東醫(yī)保參保憑證（社�？ɑ蜥t(yī)保電子憑證）或與我國互惠國家公民的國籍證明（護照或外國人永久居留身份證確認其國籍）的外籍人士。

（二）自費接種。如不能出示免費接種證明的外籍人士，需自費接種，新冠疫苗接種費按100元/劑次收取。

六、注意事項

接種前，按程序簽署《知情同意書》《免責承諾書》（掃描附后二維碼可下載），做好個人防護并主動告知健康狀況，由專業(yè)人員判定是否符合接種條件。完成疫苗接種后，應在接種點留觀區(qū)觀察30分鐘，無不適癥狀后方可離開。在接種疫苗后14天內做好自我健康監(jiān)測，出現(xiàn)身體不適情況應及時就醫(yī)。

Heyuan starts COVID-19 vaccination for foreign nationals

On May 22, 2021, Heyuan will start COVID-19 vaccination for foreign nationals in the city subject to local age eligibility restrictions, following the principle of  informed consent, voluntariness, self-paying, and own risk-bearing. China’s domestic inactivated SARS-CoV-2 vaccines will be used, and two doses are required. 

1.Recipients

Foreign nationals who are aged 18 to 59, and some aged over 60 who need to be vaccinated for special reasons with good physical conditions can get vaccinated voluntarily.

2. Vaccination site

Shenhe Outpatient Branch of Heyuan People’s Hospital is the sole designated vaccination site for foreign nationals. Address: No.69, First GaoXin Road, YuanCheng District, Heyuan City.

3. Appointment

1)Phone appointment

Foreign nationals who wish to be vaccinated can contact Shenhe Outpatient Branch of Heyuan People’s Hospital (Call 0762-3185002) to make an appointment. The doctors will inform the applicants of the inoculation date.

2)Appointment via WeChat

Foreign nationals who wish to be vaccinated can make an appointment through the WeChat service platform Yuejiantong (“粵健通”) (scan the QR code below). Sign in “Guangdong Covid-19 vaccination service for foreigners”, complete and confirm the personal details including full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, type of ID document, ID number, residential address, whether joining Guangdong’s social medical insurance scheme. After the appointment is successfully made, an appointment QR code will be generated in the Yuejiantong service platform and a confirmation SMS message will be sent to the applicants.

4.Inoculation

The applicants go to the Shenhe Outpatient Branch of Heyuan People’s Hospital at the appointed time for vaccinations with the confirmation SMS message and appointment QR code as well as their permanent residence ID cards or passports. Applicants who made appointments through phone calls go to the hospital as doctors’instructions.

5. Inoculation fee

1) Free of charge

Foreign nationals who can present proof of Guangdong Provincial Medical Insurance Payments Record (Social Security Card or Electronic Medical Insurance Certificate) or passport/permanent residence ID card of China’s reciprocal countries according to relevant national regulations on site can be vaccinated for free.

2)At applicants’own expense

Foreign nationals who cannot present the certificates mentioned above can get the COVID-19 vaccine at their own expense. The cost is RMB 100/ dose.

6. Precautions for vaccination

Before taking vaccine, foreign nationals are required to sign both a form of informed consent and a statement of bearing personal responsibility for all risks associated with vaccination. Take necessary precautions and inform the medical staff of their health status and the professional can decide whether they can take vaccine.  After the vaccination, recipients should stay at the observation area of the vaccination site for 30 minutes after being inoculated and make sure no adverse reaction occurs. Recipients should also pay close attention to their health status within 14 days upon inoculation and go to the hospital promptly for medical advice in case of any adverse response.
